Why two arms

A stand mixer beats dough. A double-arm mixer kneads it.

Watch it knead
  1. Two arms fold and stretch, the way hands do.

A hook drags dough around a bowl. Twin diving arms lift, fold and press it — the motion of a baker at the bench. Gluten develops gently, and the dough stays cool and airy.

  2. 30–60 strokes a minute. You set the pace.

A progressive speed variator, not three fixed gears. Perfect speed for any dough, from pasta to high hydration sourdough and enriched doughs like panettone.

  3. Bakery technology, sized for a home counter.

The same principle behind Bernardi’s professional mixers. The arms lift out for cleaning, and a slot in the safety cover lets you add ingredients mid-mix without stopping the machine.

The speed dial numbered 1 to 10, the start/stop button and the power switch on the steel panel.
One dial. Progressive speed, no menus.

Hinged cover. Add ingredients without stopping.
